Raunak is Senior Vice President at Natrium Capital. He is a specialist mergers and acquisitions banker with extensive experience in helping clients navigate complex M&A transactions. He has worked on acquisitions, disposals and carve outs as well as capital market transactions for both corporates and private equity sponsors.

Before joining Natrium Capital, his financial experience was gained mostly at Deutsche Bank, where he spent eleven years in the Corporate Finance team. He brings specialist knowledge of transactions in Metals, Natural Resources and Energy Transition sectors to the team. His expertise at Natrium Capital is the management of deal execution processes and in financial modelling. Raunak’s career began at Essar Group, an Indian diversified conglomerate.

Raunak has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), India and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India. He has also completed the Executive Education Program at Columbia Business School in the US.
